BMV-700 Overview

The BMV-700 is Victron Energy’s most high precision and newest battery monitor. Using the BMV-700 you will be able to calculate and monitor ampere hours that are consumed as well as the state of a charge battery, this is done by calculating the current flow in or out of a battery.

The remaining capacity in your campervan battery depends on Amps consumed, discharge current, temperature and age of the battery. The complex software algorithms of the BMV-700 battery monitor take these factors into account to give a “Time remaining” figure

Remote Battery Status Checks

The Victron Blue Power Battery Monitor has built-in Bluetooth functionality, meaning that the status of the charger and the battery can be checked on a smartphone, tablet or laptop. Just download the smartphone app (Bluetooth Smart Dongle needed)
